Nothing on the preview website is an offer to purchase a subscription or a guarantee that a proposed feature will launch in its current form.

When handoff creation becomes active, the person creating, approving or publishing a Briflo must be authorised to represent the relevant business or brand.

The owner must provide accurate, current information and review all AI-prepared factual content before it becomes part of an official handoff.

Businesses will remain responsible for the website content, text, logos, files, trademarks, contact details and other materials they provide or approve. They must have the rights and permissions needed for Briflo to process and publish those materials.

Published content must not mislead recipients, impersonate another organisation, violate another party's rights or be used for unlawful activity.

AI may help extract, organise and draft business information, but its output can contain mistakes or unsupported assumptions. Briflo is designed around owner review: the business remains responsible for checking the truth, suitability and rights status of anything it approves.

A published handoff may be accessible to anyone with its official link and, depending on future visibility settings, may be indexed or processed by third-party services. Owners should publish only information and assets that are appropriate to share with the intended recipients.

Creating and previewing a Briflo is free. Publishing is intended to use an annual plan; the final price, availability, taxes, and regional billing terms will be confirmed before payments are introduced.

The preview and any future beta experience may change as the product is tested. Final service terms, privacy information, regional provisions and account controls will be provided before functional access or paid publication is enabled.
