The business owner will choose what to publish and will remain responsible for keeping approved facts, contacts and assets accurate and current.

Future versions may rely on vetted hosting, database, AI, analytics, billing and communication providers. The final policy will identify the relevant categories of providers and explain the safeguards used for retention, security and international data handling.
